Jungle with smite please. Empty Jungle with smite please.

Just a quick notice notice.

Please jungle with smite. Why? It heavily speeds up your jungle. Also
gives you the ability to steal / confirm your taking of
baron/dragon/blue/red.

I see junglers like fiddle/ww without smite. And it takes them a longer
time to jungle, their buffs get stolen and they end up getting
futtbucked and behind in levels / exp in comparison to the duos.







For example;

2 Teams, equal skill.
One team has smite with an olaf jungler. (This team is taking baron)
One team has a fiddlesticks without smite.
Fiddle crowstorms into baron, when it is low.
Olaf smites baron when baron is on 200 health, securing it for his team.
Fiddle gets ganked by the whole team and they move on to acing and destroying nexus turrets and winning the game.
Smite just won olafs team the game.

The 2 teams fight each other again, and olaf starts with teleport and smite.
Fiddlesticks is draining dragons life earlygame, soloing it. Because
he's sure that everyone is at their lanes and olaf has just ganked top.
Olaf teleports to the ward inside dragons nest, smites the low health dragon and kills
fiddlesticks.

They play again, Fiddlesticks starts at blue, his team defends him until golem spawns and leaves at 1:55.
Olaf has put a ward by the blue buff. Waits for fiddle to attack the
golem, then olaf smites it. Olaf has just won himself a free blue buff,
and fiddles jungle is considerably slowed.

Again they play each other, and this time the olaf player is playing shaco, and the fiddlesticks player is jungling nunu.
Shaco does red>wraiths>blue and moves round to nunu's red. Shaco watches nunu kill the wraiths and moves onto red.
Nunu opens with consume, and gets onto low hp. Shaco smites his red buff and proceeds to killing the low health nunu.


These are basic uses of smite. All examples.
You may think "Oh thats really not nessecary as its just a minion" but
it can win the game for you (its won it for me before) and your team
will be glad your not relying on a madreds proc to kill a monster that
you should have smite for, they will also get mad if you lose dragon or
baron due to not having smite and saying "AMG! EXHUST IS PRO"


Still have yet to try a 5 smite team. but im sure level 2 dragon would be interesting.

Dragon doesn't spawn when everyone's level 2, besides you'd have to pull top away from their lane.

The example you gave with baron is very very very situational. Odds are if the team didn't LEAVE the crowstorm area, fiddlesticks just scored a penta-kill, since it's hard to imagine he would jump at them alone. Yeah, smite is good for boss secrutiy and faster jungling, no doubt, but fiddlesticks is the best example for a champ that can use Ghost and Flash instead of wasting a slot on smite.

If Olaf places a ward and none of fiddle's guards saw it, smite or no smite he's gonna get the buff, whether by acing fiddlesticks with a huge gank or just harassing fiddle with physical hits. Again, not a good example.

If shaco is watching nunu kill red with low HP and doesn't use that time to kill nunu with lizard hitting him, he's an idiot and should quit LoL. Always use minions to your advantage.

Fiddle's jungle without smite is only 35 seconds longer than with it because drain hits hard. I can accept the Warwick claims, but not the fiddlesticks ones.

Its just that, fiddle can secure a kill with smite, and it makes it more fast in the jungle

But late game, other summoner spell would be more useful

Fiddlesticks' jungle is 35 seconds longer.
Thats walking time. You could have walked into your opponents jungle and taken their creeps or even ganked them, then blue pilled with extra gold and bought some nice boots for ganks.

If Olaf had preplaced a ward, i hadnt fully explained this, my bad. Theres a difference between the damage of his axe at level 8 and the damage of smite at level 8.

If shaco waits for nunu to nearly finish red, he is letting the lizard do more damage than nunu just running (which he would if nunu had brains, although shockingly some stay to fight), since nunu opened with consume.

The example i have with baron is indeed situational, but its an example of how smite can be used to confirm the steal of baron.

Dragon does spawn very early game. level 2-3 for all. around the 4 minute mark.


The point im making is earlygame matters a lot in this meta, and ur useless if you dont have the tools required to get to lategame because it doesent happen. Dont rely on a lategame if you dont have a half decent early.
